Key Responsibilities for Call Centre Agent Jobs in Lusaka

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously
• Provide clear, accurate information and high-quality customer service
• Record and escalate customer queries appropriately to ensure resolution
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in a relevant field is required; certificate holders are encouraged to apply
• At least 12 months of experience in a call centre or customer service environment; experience in other sectors will also be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute

Work Schedule and Employment Details

This is a contract role based in Lusaka, Zambia. Work hours consist of 8-hour shifts, with specific shift details to be confirmed upon hiring.
