Booking and scheduling Officer

Job description

Job Purpose

To ensure effective and efficient booking and scheduling of both valuation and tracker fitment services, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational coordination.

Main Responsibilities 

●     Capture and schedule all valuation orders, tracker fitment orders, and de-installation orders.

●     Liaise with IT Support in case of system failures or technical challenges.

●     Coordinate with valuers and technical teams for field assignments.

●     Preparation and processing of valuation and tracking job data to the technical team.

●     Provide consistent and timely updates to customers on the status of their bookings.

●     Ensure adherence to all company procedures and service standards.

●     Make necessary follow-ups on pending or exceptional cases to ensure closure.

●     Liaise with the accounts department on matters of invoicing and fee collections

 Education & Competencies and Skills

●     Degree or Diploma in relevant Arts and Science.

●     Good team player.

●     Excellent organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.

●     Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

●     Integrity and reliability.

●     Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
