About the Recruitment Officer Role
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruitment Officer will play a critical role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding talent that aligns with Goldenlay Agri Limited’s workforce needs. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate employee records and support manpower allocation and reporting efforts to optimize staffing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Officer Jobs in Luanshya
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection activities to attract qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews to identify suitable applicants.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure all employee documentation is complete and compliant.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
