| Coded Welders | Valid Welding Coding Certification, Minimum 2 years experience in industrial or mining welding projects |
| Steel Erectors | Experience in structural steel installation and erection, Minimum 2 years experience |
| Mechanical Fitters | Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Minimum 2 years experience in industrial maintenance and installation |
| Pipe Fitters | Relevant Trade Qualification, Minimum 2 years experience in pipe installation and maintenance |
| Riggers | Valid Rigging Certificate, Minimum 2 years experience in lifting operations and rigging |
| Safety Officers | Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Minimum 2 years safety management experience in mining or construction |
| Admin/Site Clerks | Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field, Minimum 2 years site administration experience |
| Cleaners | Minimum 2 years experience in commercial, industrial, or office cleaning |
| Storeman | Diploma in Stores Management or Purchasing and Supply, Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management |
| Drivers (Light Vehicle) | Valid Driver’s License, Minimum 2 years driving experience, Defensive Driving Certificate is an advantage |
| Supervisors | Relevant Trade Qualification, Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in mining or industrial projects |
