Position Overview: Client Service Executive Jobs in Lusaka

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join us full time as a Client Service Executive. This role plays a vital part in maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support loan processing and client account management.
• Utilize CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to manage client data and track interactions effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of KYC requirements, AML regulations, and data protection standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM and LMS is advantageous.
