Available Positions: Service Advisor and Parts Sales Representative
We invite applications from individuals who meet the criteria outlined below for the following roles:
Service Advisor Role
- Education: Grade 12 Certificate required; a technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a comparable role within the automotive, transport, or heavy vehicle industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of truck and trailer components and systems.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and workshop management systems.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organisational Abilities: Well-developed administrative and organisational skills.
- Licensing: Valid Class B Driver’s Licence is mandatory.
Parts Sales Representative Role
- Education: Grade 12 Certificate is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the transport, trucking, automotive, or related industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with truck and trailer parts.
- Computer Skills: Competent in MS Office applications.
- Inventory Management: Experience in stock control and inventory management is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
- Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Licensing: Valid Class B Driver’s Licence required.
