Available Positions: Service Advisor and Parts Sales Representative

We invite applications from individuals who meet the criteria outlined below for the following roles:

Service Advisor Role

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate required; a technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a comparable role within the automotive, transport, or heavy vehicle industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of truck and trailer components and systems.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and workshop management systems.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organisational Abilities: Well-developed administrative and organisational skills.
• Licensing: Valid Class B Driver’s Licence is mandatory.

Parts Sales Representative Role

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the transport, trucking, automotive, or related industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with truck and trailer parts.
• Computer Skills: Competent in MS Office applications.
• Inventory Management: Experience in stock control and inventory management is required.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Licensing: Valid Class B Driver’s Licence required.
