Recruitment Officer Job at Black Rock Security Services

Black Rock Security Services is hiring a Recruitment Officer for a full-time position based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes of security officers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in any administrative or related field.
  • Proven administrative experience is required.
  • Age: 35 years and above.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Added Advantage

  • Valid driver’s license.
