JOB OPPORTUNITY – FARM SUPERVISOR (SOYA BEANS, MAIZE & POULTRY)

Location: Kabwe, Central Province
Position: Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Farm Supervisor to manage a commercial farming operation focused on soya bean and maize production, with additional responsibility for cabbages, potatoes, and poultry enterprises.

Main Enterprises
– Soya beans
– Maize
– Poultry

Requirements
– Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 years practical experience in crop and/or poultry production.
– Strong knowledge of maize and soya bean production.
– Experience in vegetable production and poultry management is an added advantage.
– Must be hands-on, disciplined, and results-driven.
– Good leadership and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage and oversee daily maize and soya bean production activities.
– Supervise cabbage and potato production operations.
– Oversee poultry management, including feeding, health, hygiene, and biosecurity.
– Supervise farm workers and ensure productivity targets are met.
– Maintain accurate farm records and reports.
– Monitor farm inputs, equipment, and general farm standards.
