Restaurant waiter/waitress

Number of Vacancies: 3 (1 male, 2 females)

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

– Greet and guide restaurant customers to their seats.

– Provide services such as taking orders, serving dishes, and refilling water.

– Be familiar with the restaurant menu and dish specialties, and be able to introduce and recommend them to customers.

– Maintain a clean restaurant environment, and promptly tidy tables and tableware.

– Handle reasonable customer requests and provide a high-quality service experience.

– Assist with cashier and checkout tasks.

– Maintain good communication with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.

– Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

– Age 18-20, any gender (this recruitment: 1 male, 2 females).

– High school diploma or above.

– Basic communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

– Presentable appearance, good health, proactive work attitude.

– Strong service awareness and sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit.

– Experience in restaurant service, hotel service, or customer service is preferred.

– Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
