Kitchen Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 2 (Male)

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

– Assist the chef with washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.

– Responsible for organizing, storing, and categorizing kitchen raw materials.

– Assist the chef in cooking and plating dishes.

– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.

– Follow daily operations according to food safety and hygiene standards.

– Responsible for cleaning and organizing kitchen utensils and tableware.

– Assist with receiving goods, inventory counts, and stock management.

– Complete other tasks assigned by the head chef or supervisor.

Requirements:

– Male, aged 18-40.

– Must have at least one year of experience working in a Chinese restaurant.

– Healthy and able to adapt to the kitchen work environment.

– Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow management instructions.

– Good team spirit and learning ability.

– Basic Chinese communication skills preferred.

– Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
