As Production Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing or operational process, ensuring that goods are produced safely, cost-effectively, and on time. 2. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control processes to reduce defects and ensure products meet specified standards.

  5. Health & Safety: Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a zero-incident work culture.

Qualifications & Key Skills

  1. Education: Typically requires a degree or diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Requires 3 to \(10+\) years of hands-on operational and leadership experience, depending on the complexity of the industry.
