Job description

Stefanutti Stocks Construction (Zambia) Limited, a division of a South African premier multi-disciplinary contractor is seeking to recruit competent Trainers to facilitate learning and development by equipping individual with knowledge, skills and competencies they need to perform effectively in their roles. in the positions below;

Place of Employment: Kalumbila- Lumwana – Zambia

Key Responsibilities Expected Behaviour:

·      Development of learning material and methods.

·      Implementation and achievement of agreed upon strategic objectives.

·      Presentation of mobile machinery skills

·      Training, evaluation and assessment of learners and conducting of on-

the-job training.

·      SHE adherence and alignment to ensure that safety targets ar

achieved.

·      Produce and maintain effective training and Outcome-Based

Assessment.

·      Follow assessment methodologies and conduct assessments as per

ISO standards.

·      Address the requirements of the Health and Safety

Key Requirements:

·      Grade 12 certificate with 5 Credits

·      Diploma in Engineering in construction or any related field

·      Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating mobile construction plant

operations.

·      Certificate in Teacheing Methodologies is an added advantage

·      Minimum of Five (5) experience preferably in the Mining, Building and

Construction training disciplines

·      Computer Literacy and proficient in MS Office Suite.

·      Knowledge of relevant statutory legislations. Coaching and mentoring

skills.

·      Certified Trainer by TEVETA

Skills and Competencies

·      Leadership skills

·      Proficiency with training aids

·      Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment;

·      Extensive in handson experience in construction trades

·      Analytical and strategic thinking skills;

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills;

·      Accurate interpretation of Health and Safety requirements;

·      Ability to work with others;

·      Demonstrate sound work ethics
