Prime Bakers, located at Mopani Plaza, Makeni 70/70 Road, Lusaka, is excited to announce multiple job opportunities in Lusaka for motivated and qualified candidates. We are currently recruiting for full-time positions across sales, delivery, and supervisory roles within our manufacturing operations.

Available Positions and Location Coverage

We invite applications for the following roles, serving various Lusaka areas including Mutendere, Chawama, Kanyama, Kabangwe, 6 Miles, 10 Miles, John Laing, Kaunda Square, Kamwala South, Jack Compound, Chelstone, Matero, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Field Sales Representatives

• Engage directly with customers and shops to secure orders within assigned territories.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Be self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

Working Hours: 06:00 – 14:00

Remuneration: Commission-based for the initial three months, dependent on performance.

Motorbike Riders (3 Positions)

• Hold a valid Class A Motorbike Licence.
• Possess excellent knowledge of Lusaka routes and markets.
• Have experience in customer service and negotiation, preferably within the food industry.
• Exhibit reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Working Hours: 07:00 – 15:00

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant delivery and food industry experience.

Sales & Marketing Supervisor

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within bakery or FMCG distribution.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Innovative, results-oriented, and business-minded approach.
• Good understanding of the local Lusaka market.
• Ability to effectively lead and supervise a sales team.
