About the Sales Agents Positions

We are recruiting three full-time Sales Agents to represent Zorai Procurement in Lusaka, Zambia. The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Agents Jobs in Lusaka

  • Market and promote Zorai Procurement’s services to prospective clients effectively.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
  • Conduct engaging client presentations to showcase the company’s products and services.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Follow up promptly on inquiries, quotations, and pending business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms adhering to company guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with at least five ‘O’ levels, including credit or better in Mathematics and English.
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply, or related disciplines.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or B2B sales is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with proven relationship management expertise.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities successfully.
  • Confident presentation and persuasion skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
