VACANCY: TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Automotive Performance Centre Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Transport Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing transport operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing personnel, and maintaining compliance with applicable transport and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily transport operations.
• Monitor fleet utilization and operational performance.
• Manage transport personnel and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Develop and implement operational improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with road safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Transport and Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in transport operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
