• 5 to 10 years experience operating 100-150 ton haul trucks in open-pit mining
• Valid Zambian Driver’s License Class CE
• Valid Operator Certificate for dump trucks from TEVETA, ERB, or equivalent

Excavator Operator Roles

Ten positions are available for skilled excavator operators to handle hydraulic excavators in loading, trenching, and material handling operations. Candidates must be proficient in equipment checks and fault identification.

• 5 to 10 years experience operating 20-50 ton hydraulic excavators
• Valid Operator Certificate from TEVETA, ERB, or recognized institution
• Knowledge of bench trimming, loading techniques, and ground condition assessments

Dozer Operator Vacancies

We seek ten experienced dozer operators to manage crawler dozers for haul road maintenance and dump area leveling. The ideal candidates will work independently and understand slope stability and safety berm construction.

• 5 to 10 years experience operating crawler dozers in mining
• Valid Operator Certificate from TEVETA, ERB, or equivalent
• Experience in push loading, tripping, and dump management
