Job description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Ndola. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining workplace health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
Implement and monitor health and safety procedures
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
Conduct employee safety training and toolbox meetings
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards
Maintain safety records and documentation
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Valid HPCZ Certification
Good communication and leadership skills
