Role Overview – Specialist Data Engineer

As a Specialist Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and platforms that support reporting, analytics, and operational decisions. Your work will ensure seamless integration of data from diverse sources, maintaining data quality, consistency, and accessibility throughout.

This hands-on role involves developing ETL processes, data models, and pipelines, collaborating closely with platform, analytics, and business teams to deliver clean, structured, and timely data solutions.

Key Responsibilities in Data Engineer Jobs in Kalumbila

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines.
• Ensure seamless integration across IT, OT, and analytics platforms to support business functions.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, or BigQuery.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
