About the Graphics Designer Role in Lusaka

As a Graphics Designer at Infinix Mobile, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling static and video content tailored for various social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Your expertise in both traditional design software and cutting-edge AI tools will help elevate our brand’s visual identity. This role requires versatility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines within a fast-paced, full-time in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing initiatives, and internal communications.
• Design striking posters, banners, and promotional materials, adapting assets for diverse platforms and formats.
• Utilize AI-powered image and video generation tools to efficiently create and enhance visual content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across all social channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of final assets for digital and print use.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, AI creative technologies, platform requirements, and social media best practices.

Requirements for Graphics Designer Jobs in Lusaka

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer in a company setting such as an agency, brand, or corporate team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media content creation and management.
• Proficiency with video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) and video generation (Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Sora, Pika Labs).
• Ability to craft effective AI prompts and refine outputs to align with brand standards and creative briefs.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Capability to resize and adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, creative vision, and effective communication skills to incorporate feedback constructively.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or animation, particularly Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of photography or photo retouching techniques.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging AI tools in design.
