Position Overview: Tipper Truck Driver (X30)

We are looking to fill 30 positions for skilled Tipper Truck Drivers who will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely and efficiently. Candidates will play a vital role in supporting our logistics operations by ensuring timely and secure transportation of materials.

Key Responsibilities for Tipper Truck Driver Jobs in Ndola Sakania

• Operate company tipper trucks to complete assigned delivery and transport tasks.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks; promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Comply with all company policies, safety protocols, and traffic regulations during loading, unloading, and driving.
• Maintain vehicles in optimal working condition through routine care and reporting.
• Accurately document all trips and activities related to vehicle use.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with the fleet supervisor.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Class CE (DE) PSV Driver’s License; possession of Category G or D license is advantageous.
• Driver’s license must have been held for over five years.
• At least three years of professional experience driving tipper trucks or similar heavy vehicles in reputable organizations.
• Current medical certificate or report confirming fitness to drive.
• Police fingerprint clearance certificate.
• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Residency within the Copperbelt region with verifiable proof of residence.
