Regional Sales Coordinator

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts
  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned region
  • Analyze sales and market trends to optimize performance
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national sales goals
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion within the assigned territory
  • Expand distribution networks and product availability
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure effective product placement and visibility
  • Appoint and manage distributors
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels
  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales teams and promoters
  • Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
  • Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Studies will be an added advantage
