Key Responsibilities for Document Controller Jobs in Kapiri Mposhi

  • Maintain and update documentation using SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Excel, and Fleet Maintenance Pro (FMP).
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure all documents are accurate, relevant, and compliant with company standards.
  • Identify and report any process gaps or issues related to documentation.
  • Log and monitor breakdowns and workshop flow, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and consistency in documentation.
  • Support the implementation of improved document control processes and best practices.

Candidate Requirements and Experience

  • Proven experience with document management systems such as SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Excel; familiarity with FMP is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to liaise effectively across teams.
  • Exposure to maintenance or breakdown management is preferred.

Working Hours and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Kapiri Mposhi. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with alternate Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00.
