Ulendo Creative Media is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

We are a full-service creative agency focused on strategy, storytelling, and high-quality execution. We work across industries with brands, organisations, and institutions that value thoughtful, well-crafted work.

Role Overview

You will primarily be responsible for designing print materials and brand collateral, while also supporting selected digital and social media projects when needed.

This role involves creating clear, professional, and visually strong designs across a variety of formats including brochures, reports, company profiles, packaging, posters, signage, presentations, campaign materials, and other branded assets.

You should be able to take a brief, understand the objective, and execute work that is both visually refined and practically effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, reports, company profiles, and other marketing collateral
• Prepare artwork and files for professional print production
• Support the creation of social media and digital marketing assets when required
• Maintain visual consistency across different brands and campaigns
• Develop layouts for presentations, proposals, and branded documents
• Work with the team to translate ideas into strong visual outputs
• Ensure designs are accurate, organised, and production-ready

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing a range of print and branding work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Good understanding of layout, typography, print production, and composition
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while thinking creatively within them
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good file organisation and preparation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agency environment or across multiple brands
• Familiarity with print production processes and suppliers
