Responsibilities:
- Sorting and arranging physical documents
- Removing staples, clips and bindings
- Preparing files for processing
- Checking document sequence and completeness
- Labelling and organising batches
- Reporting damaged, missing or incomplete documents
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Punctual, disciplined and reliable
- Able to perform repetitive tasks carefully
- Previous records, filing or office experience is an added advantage
Contract:
- Temporary project-based contract
- 90-day probation
- Immediate availability preferred
