Job description
Responsibilities:
- Capturing and checking document reference information
- Verifying data fields for accuracy and completeness
- Correcting data entry errors where required
- Supporting document tracking and indexing workflows
- Maintaining accurate daily work logs
- Following quality control procedures
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work accurately under repetitive conditions
- Previous data entry, indexing, records or admin experience is an added advantage
Contract:
- Temporary project-based contract
- Immediate availability preferred
