Job description

Rever-Bridge Financial Services Ltd is looking for a smart, professional, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client communication and WhatsApp management
  • Attending to walk-in clients professionally
  • Data entry and operational record management
  • Updating leads, pipeline and disbursement records
  • Running official errands
  • Document filing and office coordination
  • Supporting daily office operations

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good typing and computer skills
  • Professional and presentable
  • Able to think independently and solve problems
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Comfortable running errands and working full-time in office
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Sheets is an added advantage
