Production Baker/Assistant Baker

Job description

Pretty Baked Limited is looking for a reliable and efficient Assistant Baker / Production Baker to support a growing production kitchen supplying high-volume dessert orders and custom cakes.

This is a structured part-time role suited to someone who is organised, hands-on, consistent and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of desserts, bread, cakes and pastries
• Prepare and measure ingredients accurately
• Follow recipes and production processes with consistency
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
• Assist with packaging and preparation for delivery

Requirements:

• Previous baking or kitchen experience is an advantage
• Able to work efficiently and handle repetitive production tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and work independently

Compensation:

• Competitive daily rate (paid per day worked)
• Consistent weekly working schedule

This role is based in the Lilayi / Eureka Park area.
