Company: BIU CAPITAL LIMITED Industry: Micro Finance Institution BIU Capital Limited is inviting applications from qualified professionals Department: Compliance Position: Compliance Officer Reporting to: Supervisor – Compliance Job description • Receive fraud reports from customers and begin the investigative process • Liaise with product departments to resolve fraud cases • Assist with other work as and when it arises • Report incidents of fraud to the police • Follow and report on progress of fraud investigations • Facilitate communication between the company and police on matters of fraud • Travel with police for fraud investigations when necessary • First line of response for internal fraud reporting and investigations Skills • Inter-personal skills • Time management • Problem solving • Negotiation • Quicker learner Qualifications A diploma in business or law
