The Zambia Institute of Business Studies and Industrial Practice (ZIBSIP) College in Kitwe is looking to hire a part-time lecturer in Cosmetology to join our dynamic academic team.

Cosmetology Lecturer (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials in Cosmetology.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans and assessments.
• Mentor and guide students in both theoretical and pratical aspects of the cosmetology.
• Conduct research and contribute to curriculum development.
• Promote professional standards and industrial best practices
• Be able to keep and manage a well-organized teaching file.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Full grade 12 Certficate
• Advance certificate or Diploma in Cosmetology
• Teaching experience at the tertiary level is desirable
• Strong practice skills in hairdressing, beauty therapy, skin care and related areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and the professional development application process.
