Qualifications and Requirements
Shift Bosses
- Grade 12 Certificate
- General timbering knowledge
- Shift Boss RBS certification
- Valid Blasting Licence
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Valid First Aid Certificate
Operators (Boomer, Dump Truck, Loader)
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Blasting Licence
- Operator Training Certificate
- Strong communication skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid First Aid Certificate
Artisan H.E.Rs & Artisan Boiler Maker
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum Craft Certificate
- Membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Valid First Aid Certificate
