Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, students must meet the following requirements:
– Nursery Section: child must be at least 2 years old by the start of the academic year.
– Primary Section: child must be at least 5 years old by the start of the academic year.
– Parents must submit a completed application form, the child’s birth certificate, and a record of up-to-date vaccinations.
– Students with siblings already admitted at the school are given priority, subject to meeting the minimum admission criteria and space availability.

Application Procedure
– Prospective parents may collect the application form from the school office or download it from the official school website.
– The application form must be duly completed and submitted with all required supporting documents, including the child’s birth certificate, recent passport-sized photos, and previous school reports where applicable.
– The completed application form must be submitted to the school office together with a non-refundable application fee. Only applications with complete documentation and proof of payment will be considered for review.
– When a place becomes available, the school may schedule an interview or assessment for the child and parents as part of the admissions evaluation process.

Important Note
Being shortlisted, interviewed, or having a sibling already enrolled at the school does not guarantee placement. Admission is subject to space availability, school readiness criteria, and the outcome of the assessment process. The school reserves the right to determine the suitability of each applicant in alignment with its academic, behavioral, and operational standards.

School Fee Payment Policy
– All fees become due once the child has been offered a place.
– Fees must be paid in full one week before commencement of the term. Fees not paid by the due date will attract a penalty.
– Children enrolled after the midterm break will pay prorated fees; otherwise full fees apply.
– No cash payments will be received by the school. Payments must be deposited into the school account.
– Deposit slips should be emailed to totallykids.daycare.nursery@gmail.com or physically delivered to the Totally Kids office for receipts.
– The child’s name should be used as reference for all payments.
– A full term/month’s written notice is required when withdrawing a child from the school.
– Children with school fees owing from the previous term will not be allowed to report for the subsequent term and their place may be forfeited.
– Annual advance payment of school fees receives a 5% discount on third term fees. A once-off introductory sibling discount of 5% applies to new sibling term one fees only if fees are paid in full.

Refund Policy
Assessment and enrollment fees are once-off and non-refundable. Refunds for other fees may be considered only in cases of extenuating circumstances approved by school management.
