We are seeking experienced candidates for site foreman jobs in Lusaka, carpenters, and bricklayers to join our team on long-term contracts. Ideal applicants will have a minimum of three years’ experience working within a construction environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

Available Positions and Requirements

Site Foreman (2 Positions)

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience supervising construction sites
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Compliance: Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations

Carpenter (4 Positions)

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 certificate plus relevant trade certification
• Experience: At least 3 years of practical carpentry work
• Responsibilities:
  • Install walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
  • Shape or cut materials using hand tools, machines, or power saws
  • Take accurate measurements and calculate material requirements
  • Lay out flooring, roofing, or drywall ensuring level and proper alignment
• Expertise: Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and installation methods

Bricklayer (4 Positions)

• Education: Minimum Grade 12 certificate and relevant trade certificate
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in bricklaying and block work
• Skills: Ability to read and follow construction drawings and instructions
• Safety: Knowledge of construction safety practices
