Job description

Kovae Cafe & Restaurant is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team.

Requirements:

– Must reside within Ibex Hill or within commutable distance.

– Must have proven experience as a Chef/ Cook in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar establishment

-Must be able to prepare a wide variety of meals, including:

*Breakfast meals

* Main meals

*Fast food / café-style meals

* Desserts

* Pastries and baked items

– Must have good knowledge of food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene standards

– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

– Must be creative, organized, and able to maintain consistency in food quality

– Must be able to manage stock, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness

– Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to follow restaurant standards
