About the Sales Representative Role

As a Field Sales Agent with EASYWINBET, you will be responsible for selling lottery tickets directly to customers, managing daily cash transactions, and ensuring precise reporting of all sales activities. Key Responsibilities for Sales Representatives Jobs in Lusaka

• Sell lottery tickets to customers while consistently meeting daily and weekly sales targets
• Safeguard and manage cash collected from ticket sales with accuracy and care
• Record opening balances, sales, winnings, and closing balances accurately, including 5K and 10K categories
• Submit daily sales reports with complete and precise figures
• Remit all collected funds to EASYWINBET promptly and maintain proper cash records, including zero entries
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, or issues immediately to management

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate (minimum educational qualification)
• Certificate in sales and marketing or an equivalent qualification
• Strong numerical and basic accounting skills
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in sales or cash handling is an advantage

Performance Indicators and Working Conditions

• Achievement of daily and monthly sales targets
• Accuracy and completeness of sales reports

This is a field-based role requiring work at assigned locations such as markets, compounds, and other high-traffic areas.
