As a growing construction company committed to delivering innovative building solutions in Zambia, we seek five dedicated Sales Support Executives to join our expanding team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ZMW 6,000 to ZMW 10,000 and is based in Solwezi, Southern Province, and Copperbelt.

The Sales Support Executive position plays a vital role in enhancing our sales operations by managing outbound lead engagement, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems, qualifying prospects, and maintaining consistent follow-up communication. This role blends knowledge of transport and logistics with structured sales support processes to promote business growth.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Data Clerk Jobs in Copperbelt
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to focus sales efforts effectively
- Accurately capture and update customer information within the CRM system
- Maintain clean, organized, and validated data to ensure CRM integrity
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and support conversion
- Assist in tracking and managing the sales pipeline to optimize sales flow
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
- Generate basic reports on lead activity and pipeline status to inform decision-making
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields

- Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow up consistently

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
