Implement and enforce policies, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance measures. Track and report performance against defined objectives. Maintain strong relationships with regulators, health authorities, partners, and internal leadership. Support revenue sustainability through service planning and marketing initiatives. Implement community outreach and social responsibility programmes within budget. Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and regulatory standards such as HPCZ. Lead quality improvement initiatives aligned with MBHS and VBHC principles. Manage budgets, cost control measures, and optimise revenue streams. Oversee billing, stock control, and resource utilisation processes. Serve as the primary liaison between MBHS, Tusekelemo Trust, and the local community. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, community leaders, and referral partners.
