WE’RE HIRING: Digital Brand & Content Manager X2

Kwelan isn’t your usual car rental company. We’re building Zambia’s next-generation mobility platform changing how people book cars through tech, content, and community.

Now we’re looking for someone creative enough to join and grow it.

• understands social media beyond just posting
• knows how to create content people actually engage with
• can design, edit, communicate, and think fast

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help shape how people experience Kwelan online and offline.

That means:

• managing customer communication across WhatsApp, email & social platforms
• creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
• designing graphics, reels, posts & campaigns using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• helping grow the Kwelan brand through creative marketing ideas
• working closely with management on campaigns, launches & digital growth

We don’t want someone who waits to be told everything.

We want someone proactive, creative, organized, and hungry to improve.

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
• Strong communication skills
• A portfolio or examples of your work
• Someone teachable, driven, and detail-oriented
