Sales Representative

Job description

we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative on behalf of our partner in the Agricultural sector with at least 1 year field sales experience, preferably in agrochemicals or agriculture.

Overview: The role focuses on driving sales growth, developing customer relationships (including commercial farms), expanding market reach, and ensuring accurate sales processing and compliance.

Duties:

• Conduct field visits to promote products and develop new business
• Manage relationships with farmers, agri-dealers, and wholesalers
• Process sales orders, credit applications, and customer documentation
• Follow up on payments and manage customer accounts
• Support sales planning, reporting, and market analysis
• Ensure compliance with ZRA invoicing and company procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 1 years sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and sales systems
• Willingness to travel frequently
