As a Bricklayer with Kingsland City, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining various structures such as walls, floors, and partitions using bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials. Key Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials according to detailed plans and specifications.

• Cut and shape bricks and blocks using appropriate hand or power tools.
• Repair and replace damaged bricks, blocks, and mortar to maintain structural integrity.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints effectively.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order to support efficient work.
• Follow all site safety regulations and company policies rigorously.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Grade 9 or equivalent.
• Certificate or formal training in bricklaying or masonry is advantageous.
• Proven experience working as a bricklayer or mason.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and blueprints.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in demanding environments.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills and discipline on site.
