We are looking for a skilled Marketing & Inter-Media Manager with deep expertise in the Lusaka real estate market. This full-time position requires a candidate who understands the nuances of the new housing market, secondary housing market, and land market, and who can navigate local real estate policies and transaction processes with confidence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to anticipate market trends and demonstrate exceptional crisis management skills. Preference will be given to those with established overseas market networks and resources who can immediately leverage these connections. Proven experience in team leadership and a minimum of five years in a similar role are essential.

• In-depth knowledge of Lusaka’s real estate market segments

Chinese Translator Role – Supporting Cross-Cultural Communication

We also invite applications for a professional Chinese Translator to facilitate effective communication between Chinese-speaking management, local teams, partners, and external stakeholders. This role demands excellent oral and written Mandarin skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities and responsiveness.

The successful candidate will provide interpretation and translation services, support coordination efforts, and maintain seamless communication across all parties. Organizational skills and proficiency with online communication tools are critical for success in this role.

• Provide accurate Chinese-English interpretation and translation during meetings and operations
• Translate emails, notices, reports, and other documents
• Support communication with partners and service providers
• Assist management with coordination and follow-up tasks
• Maintain professional, timely communication between teams
• Perform basic administrative and coordination duties as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in both interpretation and translation
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Highly organized, responsive, and reliable
• Proficient with online communication platforms and mobile apps
• Ability to multitask and respond promptly
• Familiarity with local conditions and strong coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with HSK Level 5 certification or equivalent
• Between 1 and 5 years of relevant work experience
