About the Sales Representative Role in Ndola
As a Sales Representative at Kasempa Kreations, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the client base. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries and showroom visitors, ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, this position requires managing office administration tasks and acting as a liaison between clients and the workshop team to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales initiatives and increase the company’s client base.
- Manage client enquiries and assist showroom walk-in customers professionally.
- Prepare accurate quotations and diligently follow up on pending orders.
- Oversee office administration, including record-keeping and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the workshop team to ensure timely delivery and service.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Two to four years of experience in sales or office administration.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of furniture or interior design is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
