About the Role: Sales Executive – Auto Spares, Tyres & Batteries

Based in Lusaka, Zambia, this full-time role requires an energetic individual to spearhead sales growth and expand TORQUE & STONE LIMITED’s market presence in Lusaka and its surrounding areas. You will be responsible for conducting field sales visits, promoting our automotive product range, and building lasting relationships with diverse customers including garages, fleet operators, retail shops, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities within Lusaka and neighboring regions
• Conduct regular field visits to customers, ensuring personalized service and support
• Promote and sell automotive batteries, tyres, and auto spares effectively
• Identify and recruit new customers such as garages, fleets, shops, and corporate clients
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Follow up on sales leads promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets to enhance market share

Candidate Requirements for Sales Executive Jobs in Lusaka

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering
• Sound knowledge of automotive batteries, tyres, and the motor spares industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork across Lusaka and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Mechanical Engineering background is an advantage
• Experience in sales of batteries, tyres, or automotive products will be highly regarded
