Chipakata Children’s Academy, located in Rufunsa district approximately 25 km beyond Chongwe and 30 km from the Great East Road, is actively seeking dedicated primary teachers to join our full-time teaching team. We invite qualified educators passionate about making a meaningful impact in rural education to apply for primary and early childhood education (ECE) teaching positions.
About the Primary Teachers Jobs in Rufunsa District
We are currently recruiting for two key roles:
- Primary Teacher
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher
Candidates will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment focused on delivering quality education to underprivileged children in a rural setting.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A recognized teaching qualification certified by the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
- Grade 12 certificate with at least five subjects passed, including English, Mathematics, and Science.
- A minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
- Strong dedication to working with underprivileged children in rural communities.
- Excellent command of spoken English.
- Ability to employ diverse teaching methods and strategies effectively.
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, teamwork skills, leadership potential, and initiative.
- Satisfactory health status and clean criminal record.
