In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to enhance sales operations by:

  • Analyzing sales activity data to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Monitoring pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts to ensure accurate sales projections
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to sales processes and workflows for greater efficiency
  • Evaluating process effectiveness and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the sales cycle
  • Detecting bottlenecks and inconsistencies to streamline sales operations
  • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing sales dashboards and reports to improve visibility and performance tracking
  • Building new reporting tools that enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Ensuring data consistency and integrity across all sales systems
  • Managing and optimizing CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot, to maximize user adoption and system efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials
  • Supporting onboarding and training initiatives for new sales team members
  • Assisting in territory planning and quota allocation to align sales efforts strategically
  • Supporting sales compensation calculations and commission tracking, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing
  • Collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales processes with broader business objectives

Qualifications and Experience Required

Ideal candidates for this role will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a closely related function
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, demonstrating proficiency in platform management
  • Strong capability to build comprehensive dashboards and translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
