CALL FOR VENDORS 

POSITION: REGISTERED VENDOR (SERVICE PROVIDERS & SUPPLIERS)

ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:

The Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) is Zambia’s largest civil society platform working to amplify the voice of the poor in national development processes. Established in the year 2000, CSPR has been instrumental in thought leadership, policy engagement, and civic participation at both grassroots and national levels.

Thematically, CSPR works across Economic Governance, Climate and Environmental Justice, Social Security and Justice, Civic Engagement and Decentralization, and Networking and Coalition Building.

CSPR now invites applications from eligible and reputable companies to register as vendors in its supplier database.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CALL:

CSPR seeks to register qualified and reputable vendors to provide goods and services on a rotational and need basis.

Successful applicants will be included in the CSPR Vendor Database for consideration in procurement processes in line with organizational policies.

Vendor Registration Fee: K500 (Non-refundable)

Please note that the non-refundable Vendor Registration Fee of K500 will only be payable upon successful evaluation and approval for inclusion in the CSPR Vendor Database. Shortlisted vendors will be formally notified and provided with payment instructions.

PURPOSE OF REGISTRATION:

The purpose of this call is to:

• Establish a reliable and transparent vendor database
• Enhance procurement efficiency
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Promote fair and competitive sourcing of goods and services

REQUIRED COMPANY DETAILS (MANDATORY):

Interested vendors must provide the following company information. All supporting documents must be scanned and submitted in a single ZIP file. These may include:

Core Documents

• Certificate of Incorporation (PACRA)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (ZRA)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• PACRA documentation
• NAPSA Compliance Certificate
• Workers Compensation Certificate
• Business Levy / Local Authority Trading License
• CEEC Certificate
• Bank confirmation letter (not older than 3 months)
• List of Directors & Shareholders
• Copy of NRC/Passport of Directors (for due diligence)
• Organizational Structure
• Signed Conflict of Interest Declaration
• Company Profile
• Any relevant professional certifications

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Legally registered company in good standing
• Compliance with Zambian statutory requirements
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver goods and/or services
• Clear ownership structure
