About Us: Repro Ltd is a leading provider of printing, branding, and document solutions, delivering high-quality services to corporate and SME clients. We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-based role suited for a self-motivated individual with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting and cold calling

· Conduct client meetings and present company products and services

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads

· Negotiate and close sales within approved margins

· Maintain and grow existing customer accounts

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

· Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

· Track sales activities and maintain an updated pipeline

Products & Services:

· Digital and offset printing

· Large-format printing and signage

· Copying and document reproduction

· Binding, lamination, and finishing

· Business stationery and marketing materials

· Corporate and contract printing solutions

· Vehicle and office branding

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· Proven experience in field sales or a similar role

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

· Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

· Experience in the printing, advertising, or branding industry is an added advantage

· Existing client network is a plus

· Valid driver’s license (preferred)
