Position Summary: Finance and Administration Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Officer to oversee financial record-keeping, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support daily administrative functions. This full-time role demands a professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities for Finance and Administration Officer Jobs in Lusaka
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Administer payroll processing and fulfill statutory obligations including NAPSA, ZRA, and NHIMA compliance.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor company cash flow effectively.
