About the Role

EQWPE is on the hunt for a vibrant, energetic Social Media Officer who’s ready to own our online presence from day one. You’ll be the face and voice of our brand — creating content, jumping in front of the camera, crafting posts that stop the scroll, and editing videos that keep our audience coming back for more. If your friends say you’re the life of the party and your phone is basically an extension of your hand, we want you.

What You’ll Do

·      Create compelling daily content across EQWPE’s social media platforms

·      Appear on camera shoot videos, reels, shorts, and behind-the-scenes content

·      Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve

·      Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more

·      Engage with our online community reply to comments, messages, and mentions

·      Grow our follower base through creative campaigns and trending content

·      Track analytics and report on performance and growth insights

·      Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them to our brand

You’re a Perfect Fit If You…

·      Have a bubbly, outgoing personality and love connecting with people

·      Are completely comfortable and confident in front of the camera

·      Have hands-on experience editing videos (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar)

·      Spend a good chunk of your day on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms

·      Are creative, self-motivated, and can work independently

·      Can write punchy, engaging captions that resonate with audiences

·      Have a good eye for aesthetics, colour, and visual storytelling
