URGENT JOB VACANCY – 75 TON CRANE OPERATOR

Location: Maamba Power Station, Zambia

We are a Chinese construction company currently working on a major project at Maamba Power Station. We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced 75/50/25/Ton Crane Operator for immediate and long-term employment.

Job Requirements:

• Must hold a valid crane operating licence recognized in Zambia
• Minimum 2 years proven experience operating heavy cranes (experience with 75 Ton crane is an added advantage)
• Experience on construction sites, industrial projects, or power station projects will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of lifting operations and site safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to work on an active construction site
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to site working arrangements
• Candidates available for immediate start will have an added advantage

Main Duties:

• Operate a 75 Ton Crane for lifting heavy equipment, construction materials, and machinery
• Carry out daily crane inspection before starting work
• Ensure all lifting operations are done safely according to site safety standards
• Perform basic maintenance checks and report any mechanical problems
• Work closely with supervisors and site teams to complete lifting tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow all company safety rules and construction site regulations

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 07:00 – 11:00

Afternoon Shift: 13:30 – 17:30

Note: Work is arranged according to project progress. Occasional night overtime may be required.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ZMW 17,000 – ZMW 20,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
