About the Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will provide expert guidance to high-earning business owners on investment strategies designed to secure their long-term financial goals. These include educational planning, family wealth building, and asset acquisition, helping clients avoid debt by encouraging disciplined savings and sound financial decisions.

Applicants must be based in Kitwe or Kalulushi to be considered.

Key Targets and Earnings Potential

The role has a minimum monthly target of ZMW 10,000, achievable through a combination of your sales and negotiation skills. Typical client engagement scenarios include:

• Securing 5 clients monthly, each saving an average of ZMW 2,000
• Engaging 2 clients monthly with savings of ZMW 5,000 each
• Working with 4 clients monthly contributing ZMW 2,500 each
• Closing 1 client monthly with savings of ZMW 10,000

Remuneration is competitive and discussed individually, with unlimited income growth potential based on performance and targets met.
